We are thrilled to have you join us for the Floret Online Workshop. Please find answers to frequently asked questions below.

Q: HOW DO I LOG IN TO THE ONLINE WORKSHOP?

A:  Login to your account via the Floret Online Workshop Login Page. Be sure to login with the email you used to register for the workshop. And please note that the login for the workshop is different than the login for the Floret Shop. If you cannot remember your password, simply hit "Forgot Password" and the system will send you an email to re-set it. Please bookmark the page, save this email and otherwise note this login page (https://floretflowers.mykajabi.com/login) as this is where you will access all of the Floret Online Workshop content moving forward. 

 

Q: WHAT IS THE FORMAT OF THE ONLINE COURSE? 

A: The workshop consists of six modules that contain nearly 100 video tutorials. Bonus materials for the workshop include a printed course packet, opportunities to submit questions for Erin's Q&A sessions, plus an invitation to join the Floret Learning Community, a secret Facebook Group where you can connect with other participants, share information, discuss course content and post questions to the Floret Support Team.

 

Q: WHICH INTERNET BROWSER SHOULD I USE TO ACCESS THE FLORET ONLINE WORKSHOP? 

A: For the best experience, we recommend using Google Chrome. We do NOT recommend using Internet Explorer. While other browsers such as Safari and Firefox should work, the platform works best with Chrome. Download Google Chrome here

 

Q: I'M HAVING TROUBLE VIEWING THE VIDEOS/ THE VIDEOS ARE CHOPPY OR SOMETIMES "FLICKER". WHAT SHOULD I DO?

A: First, be sure to close all other browser windows and any other programs that are open on your computer, then refresh your browser (we recommend using Google Chrome). If you continue to experiencing issues, you may need to clear your cache or update your browser

  

Q: I SIGNED UP FOR A PAYMENT PLAN. WHAT DAY WILL MY ACCOUNT BE CHARGED FOR MY NEXT PAYMENT?

A:  Your account will be billed 30 days after your initial payment. Each subsequent payment will be billed 30 days later.  

 

Q:  HOW DO I UPDATE MY CREDIT CARD AND BILLING INFORMATION?

A: You can update your billing preferences from your Floret Online Workshop portal. Once you are in the site, you can follow these simple steps outlined by Kajabi. (Note: This is easier to do using a desktop computer versus mobile device). 

 

Q: WHY AM I GETTING DUPLICATE EMAILS RELATED TO THE WORKSHOP? 

A: If you registered for the workshop using a different email than the one you submitted on the workshop information form, then you will likely get duplicate emails. You can manage your email subscription preferences at the bottom of any workshop-related email from Floret. 

 

Q: HOW CAN I MAKE SURE I RECEIVE ALL WORKSHOP-RELATED EMAILS? 

A: To ensure that future messages from Floret do not end up in your spam folder or promotions tab, please be sure to add the following address to your contacts:  [email protected] 

 

Q: DO YOU HAVE ADDITIONAL RECOMMENDED READING FOR THE COURSE?

A: Be sure to check out Erin's recommended reading list for aspiring farmer-florists. 

   

Q:  WILL THE VIDEOS IN THE ONLINE WORKSHOP BE AVAILABLE ALL YEAR? 

A. Yes! Unlike other online courses that restrict access to the content after a year or allow you to view it on only one device, the Floret Online Workshop information is yours to keep. You'll have lifetime access to all of the content and any updates we make to the modules. 

 

Q: CAN YOU ADD MY BUSINESS PARTNER/SPOUSE/FRIEND TO THE FLORET LEARNING COMMUNITY FACEBOOK GROUP?

A: Sorry, but we are only able to provide one Floret Learning Community group invitation per workshop registration. 

 

Q:  HOW DO I FIND THE FLORET LEARNING COMMUNITY ONCE I AM LOGGED INTO FACEBOOK? 

A: Desktop: Once logged into Facebook, scroll down the navigation option on the left hand side and choose “Groups” under the “Explore” header. Find and click on the Floret Learning Community group.

Q:  HOW DO I SORT POSTS WITHIN THE FLORET LEARNING COMMUNITY FACEBOOK GROUP? 

A: Facebook typically sorts posts based on “Recent Activity.”  Posts with the latest activity (comments) will be listed first. In other words, someone may have made a post several days or weeks ago, but because there are new comments on the post, it bumps it to the top of the group feed. To see only NEW posts, navigate to just below the top pinned post and click on “Recent Activity” and select “New Posts” from the dropdown list.  This will sort all posts chronologically so that the newest posts are at the top.  

 

Q:  HOW DO I FOLLOW SPECIFIC POSTS IN THE FLORET LEARNING COMMUNITY FACEBOOK GROUP?

A: If there is a post that is of particular interest to you and you want to be sure to see all future comments on the topic, you can turn on notifications for that post. (NOTE: it is not necessary to comment "following"). To follow the post, simply click on the three dots in the upper right hand corner of any post→ choose “turn on notifications for this post” from the dropdown menu.


Q:  HOW DO I CHANGE THE NOTIFICATION SETTINGS IN THE LEARNING COMMUNITY FACEBOOK GROUP? 

A: Determine the level of notification you receive from Facebook about posts within the Learning Community by choosing from the following setting options:

All posts:  any time members post in the group
Highlights:  friends’ posts and suggested posts
Friends’ Posts:  whenever your friends post
Off:  no notifications when members post (if you choose this, you would then need to navigate to the group page to see posts).

How to change the notification settings: 
Desktop: Once logged into Facebook, scroll through the navigation option on the left hand side and choose “Groups” under the “Explore” heading→ click on the gear to the right of your Floret Learning Community group→ in the dropdown list, choose “edit notification settings” and then pick your preferred setting from the “Notify me about” dropdown list

iphone: Inside the Facebook app→ click on the three horizontal lines in bottom right hand corner and scroll down to the “Explore” section→click “Groups”→click on your Learning Community group→ click “info”→ click “notification settings”→click on your preferred setting (including option for push notifications).

 

Q: HOW DO I FIND PAST POSTS IN THE FLORET LEARNING COMMUNITY FACEBOOK GROUP? 

A: You can search for past posts on a particular topic by typing a keyword into the “search”  box at the top of the Floret Learning Community Facebook group.  


Q:  HOW DO I ADD THE FLORET LEARNING COMMUNITY TO MY SHORTCUTS/FAVORITES?

 A: Desktop: Once logged into Facebook, scroll through the navigation option on the left hand side and choose “Groups” under the “Explore” header→ click on the gear to the right of your Floret Learning Community group→ in the dropdown list, choose “edit notification settings” and choose “add to favorites.”
